My name is Meredith, I'm a wife to the most amazing man and mother to the most adorable little girl and boy. I started my clean living journey at 18 years old when, after trying every conventional method and product, couldn't get rid of my terrible acne! I started paying more attention to the ingredients in my products and the food I was eating, which healed my skin! After getting married and struggling with infertility for a season, I began researching natural ways to balance my hormones. After just 6 months of strict supplement and essential oil regimens, we got pregnant with our firstborn, Adelaide! While pregnant & after having kids I continued researching the safety of not just

ingredients in beauty products I was using, but everything from mattresses to cleaning supplies to kids products etc. I became a total research nerd and the go-to person my friends and family went to for crazy thorough research on all things clean living. I don't just follow the trends of whats popular in the clean beauty movement, I do all my own in depth research and truly seek to use and promote products and brands that are producing the safest products on the market. I am a truth and justice seeker, authenticity craver, (8w7 if that helps you any) and a Christ follower!

About Me

My best friend encouraged me to start this blog after developing a passion for conscious, non-toxic living and wanting to shed some light on the vastly unregulated beauty industry. What started out as an outlet and hobby has turned into a community of like minded clean living enthusiasts looking for total transparency!

My Mission

My mission with this blog is twofold, to help get safer products into the hands of everyone and to empower consumers through thorough, research based knowledge about healthy living to enable them to make the most informed decision.

This means trying as many products as possible and providing detailed reviews in an effort to give as many options as possible so everyone can find the perfect fit for them. It also entails not just sharing the "what" but the "why"something is good or bad i.e debunking common myths, ingredient safety, regulations and certifications and other such info others often overlook.
